State Council conducts ‘Researchers dialogue’ that reviews legal and economic working papers

The General Secretariat of Assistance for the Information and Research centre of the State Council organized on Monday, the sixth module of its program "Dialogue of Researchers ", chaired by HE.Dr. Khalid Bin Salem Saidi, Secretary General of the Council in the presence of honourable members of the Council and employees of State Council and Majlis A’Shura.
The meeting included discussion of two working papers that included response to draft laws by His Majesty the Sultan in accordance with the Basic Statutes of the State, presented by Dr. Ahmed bin Humaid Al Shibli, Director of the Legal Committee Affairs Department of the State Council, and ‘Innovation and Sustainability in Oman: A case study on the growth and development of small and medium enterprises,’ presented by Ammar bin Salem Al Rawahi, Director of Astronomical Affairs at the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs.
HE.Dr. Khalid Bin Salem Saidi in his opening speech highlighted the important role played by the Researchers' Dialogue Program in the development of the working environment through its research and valuable information that enhance performance of the members and contribute to skill building of the employees.
He appreciated the vision of the program since its inception about two years ago, which has included talks, lectures and presentations in various fields and has significantly impacted in establishing interactive relationship between the Council employees and facilitating exchange of information and knowledge.
The meeting witnessed extensive discussions and sharing of constructive views and opinions.
